We are proud to announce that Debbie Brown will be making her first visit to South Africa as our guest decorator in March 2012.
All masterclasses will begin promptly at 09h00-17h00, including two coffee/tea breaks, as well as lunch. Lunch will consist of a starter, main meal, dessert, and one glass of juice. Any other drinks ordered will be for your own account. A menu will be advised at a later date. We are able to cater for HALAAL and KOSHER, provided we are notified well in advance. Please note that there is a surcharge for any Halaal and Kosher meals ordered. The classes would consist of a minimum of 10 students and a maximum of 15 students. This allows for more one-on-one time for each student with Debbie Brown.

COST
Each workshop costs R2 500 per person/per day. The cost includes delegate fee, workshop fee, tea/coffee breaks and lunch. A 10% discount is offered to the first five persons who book and pay by 25 August 2011 for all three classes.

Each student is required to bring the following :
BUTTERFLY WEDDING CAKE
Cake dummies: 2 x 20cm (8in) (8cm (3in) depth), 2 x 15cm (6in) (6cm (2 1/2in) depth)
DRAGON CASTLE CAKE
1 x 20cm (8in) & 1 x 18cm (7in) round cakes, each 7cm depth
CINDERELLA’S CARRIAGE
1 x spherical Styrofoam cake dummy, 6in or 7in diameter
* buttercream or royal icing
BOOKING & PAYMENT
A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your booking. All bookings are based on first come, first serve basis. The balance is due one month prior to workshops.
Payments are to be made via EFT into Events in Sugarcraft’s account. Proof of payment is to be emailed to : info@cupcakesbydesign.co.za
We regret NO CHEQUE DEPOSITS will be accepted. A bank surcharge is applicable to all cash deposits.
